Anglican Church of the Good Shepherd

We pray that you all had a joyful Easter and look forward to the greening of the Upper Valley and the return of Spring to the region.

This summer we will again host “Summer Thunder” Vacation Bible School for grades K-5 at Good Shepherd on the mornings of Monday, August 8 through Friday, August 12. This is the third year we have collaborated with the Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) of New Hampshire to hold this wonderful week of Bible stories, songs, games, and craft projects. If you have children visiting you this summer, plan ahead and consider sending them to Vacation Bible School. No pre-registration is necessary. Come one or two days or for the entire week. Bring brothers, sisters and friends. The program will take place from 9:30 a.m. to Noon in our parish hall opposite the old Town Hall. The program is nondenominational and open to all children at no cost.

As an introduction to Vacation Bible School, we will also co-sponsor with CEF, a one-day Good News Club "Resurrection Party" on Saturday morning, April 9. The theme of the morning will be the importance of Jesus in our lives and the meaning of His resurrection on Easter Day. We will be glad to share our Eastertide joy with one another. Just show up between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. on April 9, sign in, and enjoy the stories, games, and healthy snacks. Pickup will be at 12 noon.
